I don’t think so. Milk is a product of an animal. People who are vegan do not consume any animal products. There is no such thing as a “vegan diet.” A vegan is a person who does not eat animals or products derived from animals.
A vegetarian, on the other hand, is someone who eats meat, poultry, fish, eggs, dairy products, honey, and other animal-derived foods, but avoids the use of animal by-products, such as leather, fur, or feathers. There are many different types of vegetarian diets, including vegan, lacto-ovo, pesco-vegetarian, plant-based, etc. Each type of diet has its own advantages and disadvantages.
For example, vegans tend to be more physically active than vegetarians, so they may need to eat more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, beans, fruits and vegetables. They may also need more calcium and vitamin D, which are found in animal foods.
Vegetarians are also less likely to suffer from heart disease, cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, osteoporosis, depression, arthritis, Alzheimer’s disease and many other health problems.

Can Vegans have Nesquik?
