Is Challah Bread Gluten Free? (Read This First!)

I don’t think so. Traditionally, challah bread is made with wheat flour, along with lots of dairy-free enrichments like egg yolks, oil, and honey or other sugars. If you don’t tell them that it’s made with dairy, they won’t know it’s a substitute.
