What kind of kosher gelatin is in Yoplait?
The yogurts produced in the US are made from beef hide. The process of making Kosher Gelatin has been certified by the Rabbinical Council of America as kosher. Kosher gelatin is made from the hides of animals that have been slaughtered according to Jewish law. It is considered to be kosher because it is derived from an animal that was killed in accordance with the laws of the Jewish religion.
This is not the case with gelatin made in other countries, such as China, Japan, and South Korea. These countries do not have laws that require the slaughtering of their animals to comply with Jewish dietary laws. Therefore, these countries are not considered kosher for the purpose of making gelatin.
